Buddhist Summit was established in order to bring world peace and serenity for humanity, based on the teachings of Lord Buddha. The First Buddhist Summit was held in 1998 in Japan. Since then, Buddhist Summit has been held 7 times and the supreme Buddhist leaders, Kings, Heads of State, Royal Families, national leaders, Ambassadors, and cultural figures have attended the conferences.
